Q: sum up your 2013-20 selected works in no more than 10 words

A: loads of music that I made to make myself dance

Q: How often are your tracks pre-planned, how often studio spontaneity?

A: it’s mostly spontaneous - I just go in armed with some current influences for direction

Q: the only night Chaka Khan can drop by the studio to lay down a vocal clashes with Jurgen Klopp’s invite to be his personal guest at an Anfield European match – what do you do?

A: Ouch! This is painful! …erm… I’d have to go Chaka in the studio! And then watch the match on catch up with her afterwards.

Q: where are you happiest musically – house, techno, or all places inbetween?

A: I am a musical magpie, I love the musical journey (cliche I know), so I love playing house and upwards in intensity, usually all in one evening

Q: what is your most memorable moment playing one of your own Selador tracks at a club?*

A: Playing my acid track ‘303 V’, at the event ‘303 V’ (303 Liverpool’s 5th birthday) was a bit of a moment, and everybody on the dance floor seemed to realise what the track was and the relevance of it. I was jumping around like a loon.
Or playing my tracks on Selador in Watergate was always pretty special and made me smile and feel happy.
